John Walker was named Head Baseball Coach prior to the 2018 season. During his tenure, the Commodores have won five consecutive Region Titles, two North-Half Titles, & appeared in the State Championship Series in 2019 & 2024. Since 2018, twenty Commodore players have signed to continue their baseball careers at the collegiate level.
Walker began coaching in 2004 at Water Valley, with stops at Delta State and New Albany before coming to Lafayette.
